Essential oils - can help you when you need to calm upset emotions, reduce anxiety before tomorrow's exam or job interview, relax or just to prepare for sleep and a good night's rest. It can be used in diffusers, aroma lamps and even saunas.

How to use essential oils correctly?
To get the maximum benefit: calm down, improve mood, reduce anxiety essential oils should be steamed in a diffuser at intervals of 15 min 3-4 times. It should be approx. half hour break between sessions.

Which essential oils are best for the sauna?
Several essential oils can be used in the sauna to create a pleasant atmosphere
Add a few drops of essential oil to the sauna's steam system or to a bowl of warm water. As the steam spreads, the oil will be distributed in the air and fill the room with a pleasant fragrance.
